The SHRM Linkage Leadership Institute is the premier leadership development experience equipping high-performing leaders with the capabilities needed to inspire teams, drive accountability, and deliver measurable results.

Participants are guided by insights from a 360° leadership assessment and learning is backed by Linkage's experience developing more than 100,000 leaders. Those insights serve as the foundation for deeper leadership exploration throughout the experience.

• Advancing Women Leaders emphasizes increasing influence, building confidence, and elevating leadership readiness by equipping leaders with skills to address unique realities.

With 360° assessment insights in-hand, leaders step into an immersive learning environment with high-caliber faculty dialogue, immersive leadership application, and rigorous peer exchange where the real pressures of enterprise leadership are explored.

The Institute offers two flexible formats: in-person in Nashville, TN, or 100% virtual. Regardless of how you choose to engage, expect to gain actionable strategies that will advance leadership capability through data-driven development, engaging keynotes, and more. • All-Access (In-Person): The classic three-day immersive experience. Step away from the office and dedicate meaningful time to advancing your leadership potential. This is ideal for leaders seeking the most comprehensive and high-impact development journey.
• Virtual: Experience the main stage keynotes from anywhere, plus engage in two breakout sessions tailored to virtual participants. A strong option for those who are unable to travel.

Yes. We'll match you with other individuals based on your assessment insights, job function, seniority, and other factors to form a learning team. Together you will have small group development experiences with a coach as well as experience keynotes, breakouts, and networking opportunities. By the time you leave, you'll have built strong relationships and have professional contacts that you'll stay in touch with long after The Institute ends.

Unlike a conference, the content of The Institute is designed to build on the assessment, leadership model, and associated leadership competencies throughout the experience. Your participation in in-the-moment sessions is critically important to maximizing development impact.

We highly recommend participating live, even if joining virtually. This is especially true for the virtual breakout sessions. However, you will be given extended access to the recorded content, which includes keynotes, some breakout sessions, and other special sessions, for 90 days after the start of the event.

The SHRM Linkage Leadership Institute 2026 will be hosted and broadcast in Central Time.
